Pricing
Most of our products include free engraving services or free plate add-ons. Additional charges may vary per type of add-ons or type of imprint method on your product order.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Deposits
A 50% deposit is required for all custom orders.
Minimum Orders
There is no minimum order requirement. Here at Columbia Awards, we provide discounts based on the quantity of your order.
Rest assured, you can go big with your orders and still go home with that quantity!
Setup Charges
Setup charges may vary depending on the simplicity or complexity of your custom and special order products. Please contact us if you have questions or if you need more information about these charges.
Artwork Service Charge
We do provide revisions or enhancements for your artworks especially if it doesn't meet the requirements for our machine setup. As mentioned in the Setup Charges section of this page, these charges will vary depending on the simplicity or complexity of the artwork provided.
Logos
Logos provided to us, for imprints, will have extra charges; however, previously done logos are free.
Redrawn Logos
All versions of your redrawn logos, that will be and will not be used for imprint, will be sent back to you; it is included in the cost of our artwork charge.
Artwork Requirements
Please send us your artwork in vector format under the following filename extensions: filename.eps, filename.ai, or filename.cdr.
High resolution JPG’s and TIFFS must be supplied in black and white and may need to be redrawn.

Please do not submit artworks that can only be opened on tablet or mobile apps.
Production Time
Due dates and order completion dates must be agreed upon by you and our Columbia Awards team. We will not accept orders of which the requested due date cannot be met; these are deadlines with humanly impossible requirements at a given time frames.
Columbia Guarantee
Columbia Awards team requires a written approval of digital proofs (sign off sheet) prior to production. We want to guarantee that we get the job done right, for you, the first time.
If we do not deliver your product as approved in the sign off sheet, we will review and make these changes at no additional cost to you.
If the items were incorrect yet approved, we will review and find the mistake; but will make the changes at your own expense.
We perform a final quality check, manually, to ensure that your order is built to its specifications and quality standards.
